The executive Chef, Julien Lucas, invites you to discover its cuisine inspired by local terroir
Born near Sarreguemines, he spent all weekends and holidays learning his passion for food and cuisine at his father's side in the family restaurant. That’s why, he became a chef.
He is the new Executive Chef of Auberge du Jeu de Paume since 23rd October 2017.
His iconic recipes and "signature dishes" go perfectly with the wines selected by our Chef sommelier.
The elegance of the dishes rivals that of the restaurant's setting whose windows open onto the gardens of the Domaine and the Fountain of Beauvais.
