A passion is born
Son of a Chef, Anthony Denon nurtured his passion for cooking from a very young age thanks to his father, beginning his apprenticeship in greatest Maisons. During these years, Anthony Denon learned that the product must be respected and sublimated without being distorting, simply by exalting its taste. His cuisine is natural, organic and seasonal, and Anthony Denon has an only mantra: nature at the heart of the plate, and creativity as a condiment.
