La Table du Connétable finds itself in a remarkable location in the heart of the Domaine de Chantilly. This gourmet restaurant is starred in the Michelin Guide. The restaurant opens out onto the beautiful lawns and gardens of the Château de Chantilly.
The executive Chef, Clément Leroy, invites you to discover authentic French cuisine that combines both the traditional and the innovative. Born in Romans sur Isère in the heart of the Drôme des Collines region, Clément Leroy grew up among nature's treasures and his childhood involved hunting, gathering and fishing. After beginning a career in a beautiful classic home in the province, in 2007, he set up Restaurant Guy Savoy in rue Troyon, a restaurant he had opened in Singapore in 2010 and in Doha in 2012. Meticulous, curious, gifted with artistic flair, Guy Savoy entrusted Clément Leroy to bring Restaurant Guy Savoy to the Hôtel de Monnaie de Paris in 2015.
He has been the new Executive Chef of L'Auberge du Jeu de Paume since July 2016.
His iconic recipes and "signature dishes" go perfectly with the wines selected by our expert sommelier.
The elegance of the dishes rivals that of the restaurant's setting whose windows open onto the gardens of the Domaine and the Fountain of Beauvais.
